Homes in the community are priced from $197,500 to $254,900 and are available in a variety of designs ranging from 1,317 square feet to 3,006 square feet of living space.
A model home is available to tour. The two-story home features 2,644 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage and an upstairs flex room that can be used as a game room, study space or loft area.
