Who are the people walking around with the yellow cans picking up trash?
They are part of a group called the “Downtown Clean Team” which has been contracted by Downtown Vision, Inc. The “Downtown Clean Team” picks up trash and removes graffiti specifically in the Downtown Improvement District. In this area, property owners tax themselves to assure their community is cleaner and safer.
