HotelsofJacksonville.com recently started one of the largest giveaways by any hotel or hotel group in Northeast Florida. Hotel managers and representatives of HotelsofJacksonville.com have started to award 500 free room nights to people in the community that display exemplary customer service. Among some of the recent recipients of free nights include wait staff and coffee baristas. The winners will simply contact the specified hotel to claim their free night. The giveaway began Oct. 1 and runs through March 31.
HotelsofJacksonville.com has five local properties in their portfolio with several more in the pipeline. Four of these properties are located in the Jacksonville Beach area. They are the Quality Suites Oceanfront, Best Western Oceanfront and Holiday Inn Express in Jacksonville Beach and the Days Inn in Neptune Beach. The fifth property, Best Western Jacksonville Airport, is located two miles from Jacksonville International Airport. Future projects include two Four Points by Sheraton hotels, one located in Jacksonville Beach and one centrally located.
“Because our hotels offer the best customer service, we want to reward those who also demonstrate this level of service,” said Sonny Bhikha, president of HotelsofJacksonville.com. “This is just another way that we can give back to our community.”
Bhikha, who is also a member of the Duval County Tourist Development Council, said the promotion coincides with what the hotel industry is all about.
“The 500 Night Giveaway promotion complements the service culture of each of our hotels,” he said. “These hotels have a long history of delivering the best service and it is part of their core belief.”
Each free night HotelsofJacksonville.com gives away, the guest will be the recipient of the same service offered at all of the company’s properties.
The general public is also encouraged to go to HotelsofJacksonville.com and nominate someone they believe delivers the same level of service as any of the hotels. The nominee and the person who nominated them could be the recipient of a two-night getaway at the Quality Suites Oceanfront in Jacksonville Beach, which includes beach rentals and room service.
