There’s a new exhibit opening tomorrow at the Museum of Science & History on the Southbank. It’s called “Animal Grossology” and according to MOSH Development Manager Kristi Ballinger-Taylor, it lives up to its name. A series of interactive exhibits teaches visitors about such subjects as how animals communicate through scent, why flies eat the things they do and what it means for cows to have four stomachs.
“This exhibit is perfect for MOSH because it’s so hands-on. The adults like to see their children having fun and they can, too,” said Ballinger-Taylor.
This weekend, a special one-year family membership to the museum will be available for $50 because, she added, “We want families to be able to come to MOSH and see something different.”
“Animal Grossology” will be on exhibit through Jan. 10.
