Actually, the building you see with the painted Jaguar peeking through the windows is vacant. It remains vacant because of structural deterioration. It remains on the list of Jacksonville’s most endangered historic buildings. It was originally built in 1902 as privately-owned bank, Guaranty Trust and Savings Bank.
