ICI Homes has unveiled plans to build new single-family homes priced from $159,900 in four communities in the Jacksonville region.
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI, said the company’s 60-day incentive plan will be available until March 1 at Plantation Grove behind Plantation Estates in Julington Creek in South Jacksonville, and at North Hampton, Tidewater and Victoria Lakes in North Jacksonville.
The three and four bedroom single-family homes will offer 1,800 square feet of living space to 3,000 square feet, Messina said.
