Drees Homes recently hosted an appreciation event for Realtors at Two Creeks in Clay County.
Agents toured the Wyngate model and several market homes, and also had the opportunity to meet Gary Feldkamp of First Equity Mortgage, Drees Homes’ preferred lender.
In the Two Creeks community, there are nine floorplans ranging from 1,900 to 3,000 square feet, and starting from the low $200’s.
In the gated Two Creeks Preserve neighborhood, there are floorplans starting at 2,500 square feet that are priced from the $270’s.
The Two Creeks Marquis Series offers homes with at least 1,500 square feet from the $150s.
