How did you get involved?

This was the first work I did as an attorney. I found out about the project through my involvement with CLS at Coastal, and knew that I wanted my work as an attorney to reflect my Christian beliefs. I view my practice as a ministry and desire to help people through it. Working with the students in recovery at the City Rescue Mission was a natural way to fulfill that goal.

How can someone else get involved?

What have you learned/achieved through the experience?

I have learned that there but for the grace of God go any of us. I am profoundly thankful for where I am and try not to take anything for granted.

What was the last book you read or are reading?

I am currently reading “Pilgrim’s Regress” by C.S. Lewis and “Don’t Waste Your Life” by John Piper.
