Nocatee opening 2 areas

Development has started on two Nocatee communities, Greenleaf Village and Highland Lakes. Homes will be offered by five builders with prices starting at $175,000.

Greenleaf Village is scheduled to open with selected builders pre-selling in late 2010 and Highland Lakes is planned for a Spring 2011 opening.
