Planning is well underway for the 31st annual Realtor-Builder Tradeshow on October 21. Co-chairs Donald Ster of Wells Fargo and Amanda Dandy of Prudential Network Realty have held committee meetings and sponsor and booth sales are underway.
The trade show floor plan at UNF’s University Center shows 63 booths, priced at $600. Each booth will be 10 feet wide by eight feet deep with a table, two chairs, electricity and internet. Booth buyers also receive two tickets.
There are four levels of sponsorship available:
• Platinum: This includes choice of booth location, a full page ad in the program, 10 tickets and prominent mention in all publicity. $3,500.
• Gold: Same as Platinum with fewer tickets and a half-page ad, $2,500.
• Silver: Same with smaller ad and fewer tickets. $1,500.
• Bronze: Name in promotional ad and tickets. $800.
This year’s slogan is “Vive la Renaissance” to note the upward move in real estate sales in the past year. The committee is working on decorations and themes to go along with the title.
The trade show is a joint effort by NEFBA and NEFAR.
NEFBA is handling sponsorships and booths, and the contact is Amanda Randolph at 725-4355 or [email protected]. Ticket information will be available soon from NEFAR’s office.
