Park ‘N Fly, a national company that owns airport parking, bought the ParkSpace lot near Jacksonville International Airport.

The Jacksonville ParkSpace marks Park ‘N Fly’s second acquisition this year and brings the company’s number of off-airport parking facilities to 18 locations in 14 cities. President and Chief Executive Officer Tony Paalz said the deal signals Park ‘N Fly’s commitment to an aggressive growth strategy.

“It is no secret that these are tough times for the travel industry,” said Paalz. “While some may forecast doom and gloom, we see an opportunity to build our brand and bring our services to new customers in new markets. Adding a Jacksonville location puts us on the path toward a bolder brand and even more significant future growth.”

Park ‘N Fly recently bought a Baltimore lot. The company is owned by BCD Holdings N.V., a Dutch family owned company.

The Jacksonville Park ‘N Fly lot, at 1201 Airport Road, offers 24-hour shuttle service, three- to five-minute car-side pick-up and drop-off and luggage assistance.

Other amenities include 100 percent covered garage parking, morning newspapers for early arrivals and complimentary beverages. Car wash services are available, and travelers who board their pets with Pet Paradise are offered free parking.

Reservations and a discount are available online at pnf.com.
