The state real estate association, now known as Florida Realtors, has numerous programs to help licensees.

Most are available through the association website at www.floridarealtors.org and more information is available by calling the Orlando headquarters at 407-438-1400.

Here are some of the resources available:

• Forms:

Almost all forms related to real estate transactions.

• TransactionDesk:

An online tool for managing business. TransactionDesk is powered by Real Estate Industry Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Florida Realtors.

• Reverse MLS:

A database of buyers that allows agents to customize their search.

• MLS Advantage:

A tool-of-the-trade for selling property.

• Forms Online Gold:

A way to manage, organize and streamline real estate transactions online with the upgraded TransactionDesk service.

• Find Florida properties:

Agents can search by MLS ID, property type, city, maximum/minimum price and other criteria to help pinpoint a specific property.

• Tax rolls information:

A link to the the Florida Department of Revenue site that has a comprehensive list of county property appraisers and their respective websites.

• Technology services:

Various technology resources.

• IDX (Internet Data

Exchange):

MLS data from participating brokerages across the state.

• Tech Helpline:

Experts are standing by Monday through Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. to assist with technology-related problems and questions.

• Broker support:

Tips to help recruit, train and manage.

• Marketing resources:

Tricks of the trade for attention-grabbing promotional products.

• Tutorials:

Easy-to-learn Webinar tutorials that explain how to use Excel and PowerPoint programs.
