The annual Realtor Builder Tradeshow will be October 21 and this year’s theme will be “Vive La Renaissance.” The event is a joint project of NEFBA and NEFAR.
The show will be at UNF’s University Center and the show committee is now selling sponsorships.
“We want to make 2010 the year that Northeast Florida’s building and real estate industry leaders inspired our sales professionals to make success happen,” said show co-chairman Donald Ster of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. “Literally, ‘renaissance’ means ‘rebirth’ so what better meaning could we have for what we are trying to achieve?”
Ster is the Sales and Marketing Council’s co-chair; Amanda Dandy of Watson Realty is the co-chair on the NEFAR side.
The tradeshow annually is the area’s largest and draws up to 2,000 people. Ster said the sponsorship money will allow the committee to keep the admission price at a reasonable level.
