SEDA is looking to a familiar face as its next president.
Bill Goreschak, who previously worked for the local homebuilder for 10 years, was recently named president of the company. He returns to the organization after spending seven years as president of a custom home building company.
Goreschak is a University of Florida graduate and 25-year industry veteran.
John A. Semanik, SEDA’s owner, will remain with the company as CEO.
