The PARC Group recently announced that 100 new homes were sold in the second quarter of 2011, which is more than 35 percent above the same period in 2010. “We are very pleased with the continued momentum in new home sales this year,” said Rick Ray, The PARC Group managaing partner. In all of 2010, 189 new homes were sold in Nocatee. Plans are currently underway to open two new neighborhoods next year.
