Homes by Deltona has purchased Grand Ravine, a private, 34-acre community at U.S. 1 and Rohers Road near
St. Augustine Shores. The project originally was started by Palladium omes, an Atlanta company.
Original plans for the Mediterranean-style community
called for 24 buildings and 147 units. Homes by Deltona is redesigning the plans to accommodate demand for more one-floor units. Details, including the new designs and pricing, will be available later this year.
The company also acquired four existing Grand Ravine homes and is offering them for sale from the $190s.
