The amenities complex for the RiverTown community is under construction and slated for completion early next year.
The planned recreational amenities for the St. Johns County community will feature a fitness/lap pool, splash pool with slide, Har-Tru Hydrocourt tennis courts and stadium court and play fields.
A fitness center with over 3,500 square feet will offer individual and group fitness areas, men and women’s locker rooms, pool accessibility and a poolside veranda. There also will be space for gatherings and events with a club room, meeting rooms, outdoor palm court with bar area, kitchen and bathrooms.
