Developers of RiverTown, the St. Joe Company residential development along more than three miles of the St. Johns River, has chosen its project team to lead new home sales and growth.
The team includes St. Joe Company Senior Vice President of Development Tom Spence, Director of Development Christian Kuhn, Project Manager Stephen Power and Construction Manager David Provost.
Spence, who oversees all of St. Joe Company’s residential operations throughout Florida, has more than 35 years of experience in residential development, ranging from small- to large-sized communities, representing numerous price points.
Kuhn is responsible for the vertical and horizontal development and has more than 12 years of experience in residential and commercial project development.
Power will be responsible for operations management and business development. Power has more than 10 years of experience in residential project development, construction and financial services.
Provost has more than 28 years of construction and development experience and will be responsible for field management of vertical and horizontal construction at RiverTown.
