David Weekley Homes has purchased an additional 26 homesites in RiverTown, bringing its total to 33. The builder currently has one showcase home available for sale and plans to complete a model home for visitors to tour soon.
The company has three home designs specifically for the Main Street neighborhood of the RiverTown community that fit within the development’s architectural guidelines. The Winfrey, Flagship and Hannagan floor plans were custom-designed by the builder to feature Arts and Crafts style architecture, including oversized front porches, decorative brick columns and abundant windows. They are priced from the $170,000s to the low $300,000s.
