Builders in Durbin Crossing are now selling in two new pods, including sixty-seven 53-foot lots, four 63-foot lots and seventy-one 83-foot lots.
D. S. Ware Homes, Holder Johnson Homes, Providence Homes and Mattamy Homes will build homes on the sites, with Richmond American Homes, Dream Finders Homes, Advantage Homes and Drees Homes continuing to build throughout the community.
Providence Homes and Mattamy Homes have finished construction on their new models.
