The Ocean’s Edge condominium at Jacksonville Beach is currently offering a special promotion that will pay all closing cost or 18 months of Home Owners Association fees.
In 2011, 36 condos were sold which accounted for a 40 percent market share. So far, 35 residences have been sold in 2012.
