Sales in the Dock Street Communities 55 plus active adult community, Cascades at World Golf Village, are expected to exceed $10 million in single family homes when the final 2011 numbers are complete.
Developers started construction on 65 new lots in the community’s Phase 6 this year and there were closings on 15 new single family homes in December.
Homes start in the low $200’s and range from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet.
