Prudential Network Realty’s Elizabeth Hudgins of the Ponte Vedra Beach office was recently recognized as the No. 1 sales associate in the Prudential Real Estate Network in Florida, which encompasses more than 10,000 agents. In year-to-date statistics ending Nov. 30, Hudgins sold nearly $37 million in Northeast Florida real estate.
She has been Prudential’s top sales professional for more than 17 years with sales totaling more than $482 million.
In 2010, she was No. 1 with more than $32 million in closed business. Hudgins’ career is her passion and she has excelled, earning numerous accolades and awards throughout the years.
She has previously ranked in the top three among Prudential Real Estate agents in Florida. Hudgins also ranks in the top two percent among all Prudential agents nationwide.
She is a recipient of Prudential Real Estate’s coveted Legend Award and a multi-year member of its prestigious Chairman’s Circle.
