Old San Jose on the River near Jacksonville’s San Marco district has opened its amenity center and announced a new site plan for single-family homes, which will allow for 26 single-family residences to be built and sold in the community, five of which will be waterfront home sites with private docks.
The amenity center includes a fire pit, outdoor kitchen and resort-style swimming pool, along with a fitness center and clubhouse.
Condominium homes at Old San Jose offer several floor plans ranging from 1,700 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. Condominiums and townhomes from the mid-$300,000s to $799,000.
