The Jacksonville division of Lennar is offering Realtors a limited-time bonus incentive on its immediate move-in homes.
The incentive includes a 3 percent commission plus a 4 percent bonus on finished inventory homes that sell and close by November 30. In addition, Lennar will pay up to 6 percent in closing costs and pre-paids.
