Dock Street Communities is giving a 3 percent commission Realtor incentive plus 1 percent bonus for residences sold at the Cascades, an adult community in the World Golf Village.
The community includes 14 single family, one story floor plans from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet and priced starting at the 230's.
The Homeowner's Association Fees are $280 a month and include yard care and irrigation, private guard gate, a clubhouse, Direct TV package and alarm monitoring.
