GreenPointe Homes, the homebuilding division of GreenPointe Holdings, has announced a 7.5 percent commission Realtor incentive for residences sold at the North Jacksonville community of Cedar Bay. Commissions can range from $13,500 to $16,000 per home sold.
The company has a number of floor plans which feature the Clover, Forest, Emerald and Hawthorne models.
Cedar Bay is a 153-home community located in North Jacksonville and convenient to River City Marketplace, Jacksonville International Airport and minutes from downtown Jacksonville.
