You have no idea how happy I was when I received notification that I was selected again this year… it was such a surprise. I want you to know that I'll be proudly displaying the award for my clients to see when they apply for their mortgage when they are building their new homes with a NEFBA Builder!
It is so wonderful that you are able to host the Laurels each year. It was a great opportunity for me, and I'm sure other mortgage lenders will benefit from the contest as much as I have.

What made are team successful in 2012, was adding a new Team Member to take care of the day to day operations of the pipeline and focusing on what each Team member role. Each Team member knows their role and executes it to their best ability, with the other Team there to help back them up!

Coming out of 2011 allowed us an opportunity to catch our breath and evaluate our process. We tweaked our systems, enabling us to better service our present relationships while also improving our ability to grow. I am very fortunate and have been blessed with a great team. My success in 2012 came from being a small part of a great team of dedicated Prime Lending employees who allowed me to be the "face" to my clients while they amazed me each day with their dedication to get the job done, from our Setup Department, from my Processor Jessica Lordahl, to the underwriters, to our Closing Coordinator Vickie Fibbe, to our Closer Terri Cline, to our Funder Roberta Allen and finally to our Branch Manager Carole Hendricks. Working with this team that is committed to "pulling" the application in the same direction …with a like-minded goal of customer service and on time cosings ... was an honor. I realize without their support and dedication I would not have had the success I obtained in 2012 . I am grateful to each and every one of them every day for allowing me to a part of the team.
