The Woodlake Provincial is available for a buyer to make interior selections and personalize the home with the assistance of professional designers from Toll Brothers’ Northeast Florida Design Studio. The design studio, which is also at Coastal Oaks at Nocatee, allows buyers to review and select from designer features such as flooring and cabinetry.

The other Quick Delivery Homes under construction are the Davenport Country Manor, the Nassau Classic and the Roseberry Spanish Colonial.
Priced at $353,900, the Davenport Country Manor is a four-bedroom, three-bath home with approximately 2,800 square feet of living space and available for immediate move-in.
The Nassau Classic has 2,760 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths and is $339,900. The home has a separate living room, dining room and a well-appointed kitchen and breakfast area overlooking a spacious family room.
The Roseberry Spanish Colonial has more than 3,000 square feet of living space with four bedrooms including a first floor master bedroom, three baths and bonus room upstairs. It’s $429,990.
