The RiverTown community has homes available for immediate move-in.
David Weekley Homes has two inventory homes. The Darrington, a one-story home with three bedrooms, two baths and a two car garage, has more than 2,290 square feet of living space, and is priced at $239,998. The Winfield, a one-story home with three bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage, has more than 2,800 square feet of living space and is priced at $292,608.
Visitors also can tour David Weekley Homes’ Evandale model, a two-story home with four bedrooms and three baths.
Dennis Homes will have an inventory home ready next month in the Main Street neighborhood at the RiverTown community. The three-bedroom, two-bath home has more than 1,770 square feet of living space and is priced at $196,900.
Mattamy Homes has one home available and three homes currently under construction that will be available soon. The Laurel is available now and has nearly 2,200 square feet of living space, and is priced at $245,990. Under construction are a Periwinkle, Azalea and Orchid designs.
