Not quite a year after it became official, the Realtor Builder Accord has signed up a number of local companies.
The Accord was ratified in July 2012 with leaders of the local real estate and construction associations signing the document at a Sales and Marketing Council meeting.
The Accord, a guide to ethical business practices between the two industries, was developed by a task force that included representatives of both.
Ron Harris of Harris Realty Partners spoke at last month’s joint meeting of NEFAR and NEFBA at the Sales and Marketing Council’s monthly meeting and listed the companies that had signed up.
Builders include Riverside Homes, Landon Homes, Matovina Homes, Dreambuilder Homes, Southern Lifestyles, Mercedes Homes, Dostie Homes, CornerStone Homes, Bourré Construction and Dream Finders Homes.
Real estate companies include Davidson Realty, Beaches Realty Group, ERA Davis & Linn, Coldwell Banker Vanguard, Traditions Realty, Watson Realty, Re/Max Coastal, Prudential Network Realty, Century 21 Atkins, Exit Real Estate Gallery, Re/Max Unlimited and Harris Realty Partners.
