• For the record: The official address for the old federal courthouse Downtown is 311 W. Monroe St. A story and a photo cutline Thursday referred to the building's location as both Julia Street and Pearl Street, which border the property.

• More than 20 food trucks will compete in the 2nd Annual Jax Truckies Food Truck Championship scheduled 6-10 p.m. Saturday at Burrito Gallery Downtown. A portion of proceeds will benefit Second Harvest North Florida. • Jacksonville University broke ground June 3 on the $8 million College of Health Sciences building at the Arlington campus at 2800 University Blvd. N. The building is under development between the Lazzara Health Sciences Center and Davis College of Business. It will provide more space for the nursing, speech pathology, orthodontics and future programs and should open in August 2014. The two-story, 30,000-square-foot structure is the centerpiece of JU's $85 million ASPIRE fundraising campaign and part of a larger $20 million phased plan to expand the College of Health Science's facilities, programs, equipment and faculty.

• Bobby Gatling and Bryan Bartlett of Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group completed the sale of 8813 Western Way, a 168,125-square-foot office and warehouse property, for $5.2 million. The building was sold by COFE Properties Fund 1 – Western Way LLC of Coral Gables. Bruce Jackson with CBRE represented the buyer, shown in property records as Compass Rose Foundation Inc. of Largo.

• Urban Land Institute North Florida is sponsoring a site tour of The Uptown at St. Johns and 5 Thousand Town apartment developments at St. Johns Town Center. • Alhambra Theatre & Dining will stage the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat," today through Aug. 4. The show opened in 1973 in London's West End and in 1982 on Broadway. The Alhambra cast features local and national actors as well as 18 area children in the Children's Ensemble chosen from an open audition May 20. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. for evening shows Tuesday-Sunday, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. for dinner. • The Jacksonville Film & Television Office is accepting nominations for the 2013 Jacksonville Film & Television Industry Achievement Award and Rising Star Award, which recognize individuals who have made achievements in production-related careers resulting in a positive impact on the local film and television industry. • The JAX Chamber offers travel packages to London starting at $2,899 (double occupancy) for the Oct. 27 Jacksonville Jaguars game versus the San Francisco 49ers. The chamber said the packages include four nights in a four-star London hotel, round-trip airfare, tickets to the game and access to the VIP hospitality and viewing platform at Wembley Stadium. • Brightway Insurance named Robert "Bob" Taylor as chief financial officer. He previously was the president and CFO leader at ExpressTax, a subsidiary of H&R Block, and the CFO of Universal Tax Systems.

• Doug Conkey, president of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled to speak to the JAX Chamber Downtown Council at 7:30 a.m. June 18 at The University Club at Riverplace Tower on the Southbank. His topic is "Planning Transportation Needs for the Future." Conkey is a veteran of the North Florida Transportation Planning Organization and the Regional Transportation Study Commission. • The Jacksonville University board of trustees elected Fred Pruitt as chair, Margaret Black-Scott as vice chair, Matthew Kane as secretary/advocate and Charles Wodehouse as treasurer. The officers serve three-year terms. Pruitt, a board member since 2006, worked 20 years with Atlantic Bank and 15 years with First Union Corp., retiring as First Union's executive vice president. Black-Scott, president and CEO of Beverly Hills Wealth Management and former managing director and vice chairman of Morgan Stanley, has been a board member since 2007. Kane, owner of Greenshades Software in Jacksonville, has served on JU's board since 2009. Wodehouse, retired president of CSX Technology Inc. and retired vice president of CSX Transportation, has served on the board since 2009.

• Simon Property Group Inc. announced the appointment of Lyndsay Rossman as the corporate director of tourism for Simon Malls, a move Rossman posted on her Facebook page Monday. Simon Malls designated 25 of its properties as destination upscale malls, which feature department stores, specialty shops and restaurants.

As corporate director of tourism, Rossman will be responsible for the creation, development and implementation of the overall strategic tourism marketing initiative for the portfolio, and she will also serve as the tourism lead for select Simon Mall tourism properties.

Rossman has been director of marketing and business development at St. Johns Town Center, a Simon Property Group mall and one of the designated Simon shopping destinations.

She said her position will be replaced and her new role is based in the St. Johns Town Center.

Simon Property Group owns or has an interest in 326 retail real estate properties in North America and Asia comprising 241 million square feet. It is based in Indianapolis.

• Jacksonville native John Rivers, chef and owner of the 4R Restaurant Group LLC, will be the keynote speaker at the JAX Chamber GrowJAX CEO Forum June 20 at the Jacksonville University Davis College of Business. Hank Woodburn, founder of Adventure Landing, was scheduled but needed to choose another time. Rivers will open a 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Jacksonville's Baymeadows area and another in Gainesville and already has three restaurants in the Orlando area. The Florida Theatre announced its Summer Movie Classics scheduled June 30 through Sept. 1. Movie time is 2 p.m. The theater is at 128 E. Forsyth St. Downtown.
