Generation Homes is building a custom home with 2,900 square feet of living space in Serenata North.
The West Indies style residence was designed in collaboration with architect Michael Stauffer and features a wrap-around porch on the first and second floor, volume ceilings, a double island kitchen, office, four bedrooms, three and one half baths and window walls.
Serenata North is 11 miles south of Ponte Vedra Beach. The company is also building in St. Augustine Beach at Sea Grove, Anastasia Dunes and Sea Colony as well as on private lots.
