Leadership Academy students chosen

The local and state Leadership Academy students have been selected with NEFAR having a class of 12 and Florida Realtors including one Jacksonville agent in its 14-person class.

The Academys identify future association leaders and has an extensive curriculum that includes classroom activities, group and independent study sessions, team-building and goal-setting exercises, leadership techniques and communication skills enhancement.

Participants in both classes were chosen by a committee of real estate leaders.

Ron Harris of Harris Realty Partners chairs the NEFAR group assisted by Mark Rosener of Watson Realty. The state group is led by Mark Palace of Indian Harbor Beach.

The state class includes Diana Galivas, an agent in Watson's Hidden Hills office.
