Toll Brothers recently hosted its annual Platinum Realtor Club Casino Night in Northeast Florida at the Residents’ Club at Coastal Oaks at Nocatee with about 85 attending.

More than $10,000 in cash and prizes were awarded to numerous Realtors who were eligible to win based on their sales of Toll Brothers homes. Rosemary Kristoff of the Prudential Network Realty won $8,000, including the $5,000 grand prize, and Paul Wilson of Re/Max won $1,500.

The Platinum Realtor Club is designed to reward agents for selling homes built by the company.

Membership includes 100 percent advance commissions upon release of all contingencies, 100 percent reimbursement of corporate relocation referral fees and escalating bonuses. In addition to a 3 percent commission, a bonus of $5,000 is awarded on the second sale and $10,000 on the third and all subsequent sales during the program, which runs through 2013.
