From left, Jacksonville Transportation Authority representatives Natalyn Lozano and James D. Boyle were greeting passengers and handing out commemorative tote bags and magnets at 6:30 this morning at the Central Skyway Station near EverBank Center. The Skyway, Downtown’s free automated mass transit system, will sometime this afternoon carry the one millionth passenger of 2013. Boyle said he wrote a paper about the Skyway when he was in graduate school at Florida State University. “I got an A, too,” he said.
