The Beaches Newcomers Alumnae Club took a walking tour of Downtown Wednesday. One of the participants was First Coast News meteorologist Tim Deegan’s mother, who received many compliments to send her son for Wednesday’s sunny and mild weather, said Susan Sass, tour guide. Sass said she also appreciated the cooler weather, since she has been showing visitors around Downtown all summer in period costume.
