New faces on CILB

There have been three appointments and three reappointments to the Construction Industry Licensing Board.

Gov. Rick Scott has appointed the following to the board that regulates the state’s contractors:

• Keith Lawson, II, 42, of Quincy, the owner of the Keith Lawson Company Inc. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term ending Oct. 31, 2016. His father was a board member.

• Andrew Allocco, Jr., 68, of Sebastian, the owner of Indian River Construction Services, Inc. He is appointed for a term ending Oct. 31, 2014.

• Badarinath “Ben” Dachepalli, 42, of Tampa, an attorney with Hill, Ward, and Henderson. He is appointed for a term ending Oct. 31, 2013.

• James Evetts, 60, of Port Charlotte, a building official with Charlotte County. He is reappointed for a term ending Oct. 31, 2015.

• Roy Lenois, 67, of Daytona Beach, a pool contractor at Artesian Pools of East Florida. He is reappointed for a term ending Oct. 31, 2015.

• Paul Del Vecchio, 66, of Boca Raton, a general contractor at CMD Associates LLC. He is appointed for a term ending Oct. 31.

The appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
