The clouds over Downtown were so near the ground at 9 a.m. Wednesday that the tops of the Bank of America Tower and Wells Fargo Center were obscured. They are Jacksonville’s two tallest buildings at 617 feet for Bank of America and 535 feet for Wells Fargo.
