Lennar has purchased the majority of remaining homesites in the master-planned community of Palencia. Lennar will develop 595 homesites with two model homes projected for completion in early spring.
More than 200 of the homesites are already developed and Lennar has begun construction.
“We will be developing four different homesite sizes, ranging from 50 to 80 feet wide, each with unique floor plans and features,” said Lennar Director of Land Acquisition and Development Scott Keiling.
Palencia is off U.S. 1 north of St. Augustine and the community includes a large downtown area, an Arthur Hills-designed golf course and numerous country club amenities.
