Both NEFAR and NEFBA will have their annual installation of officers and award programs on that day.
Lucky for you: they’re only 6.94 miles apart, according to mapquest.com.
NEFBA goes first with a breakfast, then comes NEFAR with a luncheon.
NEFBA will be at the University of North Florida University Center with breakfast starting at 7:30 a.m. and the program at 8. It’s $15 per person and the main business will be to swear in new president Daniel Blanchard and his slate of officers plus the association, Sales and Marketing Council and Remodelers Council board members.
That should be over by 9:30 so you have time for St. Johns Town Center shopping before you have to be at the Jacksonville Marriott for the 11:30 a.m. start of NEFAR’s program, where you’ll see Linda McMorrow and her officers sworn in along with association and MLS directors. NEFAR gives its annual awards here, too. It’s $20 and you’ll be out by 1:30.
