A group from Mill Creek Elementary School was among those who participated last month in the annual 5K and Kids Fun Run at the World Golf Village.
The race was organized by Davidson Cares, a subsidiary of Davidson Realty, and was sponsored by Mile Marker Brewing.
Proceeds go to area schools.
