ICI Homes of Tamaya, developers of a new 2,400-home, master-planned community at Beach and Kernan boulevards, will unveil designs for the Mediterranean-style community at a March 27 VIP Preview.
The event will be at Tamaya’s Vision Center, a sales office where professionals will use a large mural and an oversized tabletop touchscreen to display images of what’s to come at the community already under construction.
Tamaya will span 780 acres off Beach Boulevard, between Kernan and Hodges boulevards, and include a clubhouse, a mix of amenities, resident concierge service and an adjacent town center with more than 500,000 square feet of commercial/retail space.
The subdivision will feature a grand entrance, a lofty two-story gatehouse, decorative privacy walls, abundant green space, meandering walking paths, crystal lakes and a $10 million, 10,000-square-foot clubhouse.
Italy’s Tuscan region served as the design inspiration for Tamaya, where splashing fountains will mix with cobble pavers, and colorful tile roofs, graceful arches and lush landscape will come together to create Old World elegance.
The vision center will welcome Tamaya’s first visitors and a $4 million model park, dubbed the “Strada di Sogni,” or Road of Dreams, will open later in the spring.
