Emerald Homes North Florida Division held an open house April 26-27 for its new Grand Cayman model in the marshfront neighborhood of Istoria in St. Augustine.
The event featured model tours and sneak previews of five other homes that are underway for future Quick Move-In Homes.
Designed by Jacksonville LEED architect and interior designer John Allmand, the Grand Cayman is about 3,080 square feet with four bedrooms, three-an- a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. It features large porches and balconies with white columns, railings, fretwork and beadboard ceilings for an old Florida tone.
Custom features and upgrades include a gourmet kitchen with GE Monogram Stainless Steel appliances and raised cabinets with solid surface quartz countertops, custom designed fireplace and cabinetry in the grand room, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main living areas.
Emerald Homes features three other plans at Istoria: the Key West , 2,400 square feet; Calypso Cove, 2,550 square feet; and Somerset Key, 2,880 square feet. Prices start in the mid $300,000s.
