The exclusive cadre of builders known as the Pinnacle Award Builders met for a weekend of relaxation, socializing, pampering, golfing, spa visits and gourmet food at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island Sept. 27 and 28.
“We wanted to do something exceptional for the builders who consistently seek to advance the association by maintaining a high percentage, a minimum of 90 percent, of their contractors and vendors from the ranks of the NEFBA membership,” said Executive Director Corey Deal. “We had a great turnout at this world-class resort. Our thanks to all our Pinnacle Builders.”
The weekend started with a welcome luncheon Saturday and guests had their choice of golf, spa time or relaxation. Dinner was served on the Ocean Lawn, with cocktails around the fire pit after dinner. Brunch was served until 1 p.m. Sunday.
“The weekend was just great,” immediate past President Dennis Ginder of Landon Homes said. “The Ritz Carlton provided world-class accommodations, and we all had the chance to network and socialize with others who support our association by doing business with members. This is a hard-working group and having time like this was a rare opportunity. I thank the association, the sponsors and my fellow Pinnacle builders.”
