Palencia will add its last neighborhood of golf and marsh-front lots later this year.
The sales team is accepting names of interested buyers for the neighborhood in the 2,300-acre master-planned community north of St. Augustine.
The 62 wooded estate lots in Costa del Sol will be the last of their kind in northern St. Johns County, said Walt O’Shea, local managing director for Hines, the community’s developer.
Palencia is home to more than 1,200 families. This year the community opened The Reserve II, which features wooded sites and views of the Arthur Hills championship golf course.
Over the summer, five new retailers joined the Village Center — Wine Down on Market Street, Miko Salon, Market Street Boutique, Pure Balance Wellness & Yoga and Intermedia.
In all, more than 30 retailers now operate in the Village Center or in retail centers near Palencia’s main entrance.
Elacora to build homes in The Plantation
Elacora, a national homebuilding company, will build 24 new homes on the last remaining lots at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach.
There are few building lots left in Ponte Vedra Beach, especially in established communities, elacora agent Victoria Robbins said.
Elacora is offering four plans specifically designed for The Plantation, priced from the $600,000s and ranging from 2,600 square feet to more than 3,800 square feet.
Homes will feature three-car garages and options for bonus spaces, gathering rooms and office space or media rooms.
Located off of Florida A1A, The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach boasts an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, a tennis center with seven Har-Tru tennis courts and a private beach club.
Toll Brothers building at Atlantic Beach Country Club
National homebuilder Toll Brothers is building its Catalina model at the Atlantic Beach Country Club. The designer-decorated home will be finished this year.
The model, a two-story design with a coastal-inspired elevation, includes 4,300 square feet of living space and five bedrooms. It features an octagonal-shaped two-story foyer, a first-floor master bedroom, a guest suite with a portico and a covered lanai.
Toll Brothers will offer a variety of home designs at Atlantic Beach Country Club ranging from 2,000 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet.
The Atlantic Beach Country Club surrounds a newly designed, 18-hole championship golf course. Other amenities will be a new 16,000-square-foot clubhouse, seven Har-Tru tennis courts and a junior Olympic-size swimming pool with water features.
