Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has formed an exclusive marketing relationship with Villages of Seloy.
A 55-plus community, Villages of Seloy is located off Florida 16 between Interstate 95 and U.S. 1, near St. Augustine’s historic Downtown, the outlet malls and the beach.
The gated community will include 240 condominiums built as duplexes or quad-style buildings over the next three years. The residences are one-story homes designed with two-car garages, sunrooms, cathedral and tray ceilings and designer appointments.
Fifteen homes are ready for move-in and reservations are being taken for the next 24 condominiums under construction.
Homes are priced starting at $245,000. The first 120 condominium purchases include the initiation fee and a one-year membership to the Serenata Beach Club.
Villages of Seloy offers four decorated models. Floor plans range from 1,520 to 1,875 square feet, with a choice of four finish packages of upgrades and additional options to choose from.
The largest floor plan, The Castillo, offers two bedrooms, two baths and a den or optional third bedroom.
All floor plans include a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, a sunroom, a screened-in patio and a two-car garage with storage space and paved driveway.
Community amenities include a heated pool, fountains and outdoor lounge area. A 3,000-square-foot clubhouse features a fitness center, full kitchen, media room, pool table, library and business center.
The community is surrounded by nature preserves, lakes and walking trails.
