Walker previously worked for Toll Brothers’ Central Florida Division as regional senior purchasing manager.

He has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction, including purchasing, field management and design. He holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida.

Scaffidi worked with a national builder in a variety of construction management positions prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2014. He is a graduate of New Mexico State University and has his MBA from Florida State University.

Mary Kay O’Rourke, president and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville Inc., was selected as a finalist for the 2015 EVE Awards in its employment category.

O’Rourke has led HabiJax since 2005 and is accountable for a budget of more than $13 million. Her efforts to utilize volunteer hours efficiently saved the organization almost $900,000 in 2014, and 92 percent of the organization’s budget is disbursed solely on program services.
