The PARC Group, Nocatee’s master developer, has revealed plans for its newest neighborhood.

Twenty Mile Village will be within Nocatee’s larger Twenty Mile community, and feature oak canopies, preserved lands, rustic split-rail fences and old-Florida style accents.

Two model parks will open this summer and builders will start pre-selling homes in March.

A new amenity center, Twenty Mile Park, will open later this year and will include a family swimming pool with lap lanes, dog park, playground, athletic fields, open-air pavilion and an event lawn.

Residences in Twenty Mile Village will be organized into two areas: Village Park, offering homes up to 2,900 square feet, and Village Grove, with homes up to 3,700 square feet.

Homesites in Village Park will be situated around Twenty Mile Park and most sites in Village Grove will back up to a preserve or a lake.

Builders will be David Weekley Homes, Mattamy Homes, Providence Homes and Standard Pacific Homes. Prices will start in the mid-$200,000s.

The Twenty Mile community derives its name from a 1700s military outpost known as Twenty Mile House that was established nearby.

It served as a “half-way” station for soldiers and travelers between St. Augustine and Fort Caroline.

Twenty Mile Village will celebrate that heritage with a display at the entrance to the neighborhood.
