Associa Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville held its annual board certification event in March at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Jacksonville.
More than 60 board members from over 30 associations attended the course, which is a statutory requirement for an association’s new board members.
“One of the keys to a successful HOA is having a board that is active and informed,” said Associa CMC-Jax President Nicholas Lambiase Jr. “These events are always good for networking as well, because it lets board members gain insight into what is working within other associations.”
In August, the CMC-Jax team will hold its annual legal update, which addresses changes to the statutes and their impact on communities.
